THE APARTMENT
We are in the most central and noble area of Viareggio.
Prestigious, large (95 square meters), with panoramic views of the city, harbor, sea (to Pisa and Livorno and the island of Capraia) and the Apuan mountains.
We are ranked SUPERHOST on the main international vacation rentals site (Airbnb).
The apartment is equipped with everything you need to live and cook. Just about everything! tea, coffee, olive oil, spices, sugar, small breakfast first day, bed linen and towels, soap and shampoo, .... Utilities and concierge service included.

We rent for at least 7 days, preferably from Saturday to Saturday. The transfers to the nearby international airport of Pisa are fast and inexpensive (20 minutes by train). There is a direct bus connection from the airport to Viareggio every hour (arrives 100 meters from the apartment)
At 100 meters there is a station of the boat for day trips in the Gulf of Poets and the Cinque Terre.

Viareggio offers a holidays full of fun and relaxation. Long beaches, vast pine forests, sea and culture. A place for every season added to the land called Versilia.
Viareggio has a mild climate with over 270 days of sunshine per year, thanks to the shelter of the famous Apuan mountains.
